Sarah White

PRINCIPAL + VP OF SITE SELECTION

Sarah has worked in site selection and economic development her entire career. She served her home state for three years at the South Carolina Department of Commerce then spent a decade in site selection before joining Global Location Strategies. As principal and vice president of site selection, she leads site selection projects and the firm’s overall consulting strategy. Sarah is a member of the Site Selectors Guild and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in management and marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Tess Fay

PRINCIPAL + VP OF LOCATION INTELLIGENCE

With years of experience attracting major capital investment to both metropolitan and rural communities, Tess has an eye for impact. As Global Location Strategies’ principal and vice president of location intelligence, she leads site selection projects and the firm’s overall location intelligence strategy. Tess is a member and board advisor of the Site Selectors Guild and holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Centre College and an MBA from the University of West Georgia.

Nicholette Ross

MANAGING CONSULTANT

Nicholette brings a unique international perspective to location strategy, having worked overseas for the South Carolina Department of Commerce. As a managing site selection consultant for Global Location Strategies, she leads site selection projects, manages our Europe office, and oversees international business development initiatives. Nicholette speaks conversational Spanish and Mandarin Chinese and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management and an international MBA from Florida International University.

Cedric Colbert

SENIOR CONSULTANT

As a senior site selection consultant for Global Location Strategies, Cedric advises companies on making informed location strategy decisions that drive growth and success. He began his career in economic development at the Alabama Department of Commerce, where he recruited strategic industries to the state, managed its multifaceted incentive programs, and administered its compliance reporting process for companies that received incentives. Cedric holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in applied economics from Auburn University.

Parker Wyatt

SENIOR CONSULTANT

As a senior site selection consultant for Global Location Strategies, Parker advises companies on making informed location strategy decisions that drive growth and success. He is a jack of all trades and enjoys digging into the data to uncover trends and deliver analytical reports that propel clients forward. Parker holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, with a minor in accounting from Clemson University. 

Shelby Zaricor

SENIOR CONSULTANT

As a senior site selection consultant for Global Location Strategies, Shelby advises companies on making informed location strategy decisions that drive growth and success. She has a passion for supporting the strategic growth of communities. She began her career working in local economic development at the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and most recently recruited business investment for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Shelby holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is also a certified Economic Developer (CecD) and a graduate of Oklahoma University’s Economic Development Institute. 

Lindsay Diehl

With a passion for math, Lindsay has the drive to dive into logical pathways and discover the most successful outcomes. As a site selection consultant for Global Location Strategies, she advises companies on making informed location strategy decisions that drive growth and success. Lindsay holds dual bachelor’s degree in mathematics-economics and business administration from Furman University.
