Senior Consultant

As a senior site selection consultant, Nicholette advises companies on making informed location strategy decisions that drive growth and success. She takes the time to learn the client’s process, key drivers, preferences, and risks to address their location, logistics, workforce, and incentive needs and, ultimately, reach their goals.

She brings a unique international perspective to location strategy, having worked overseas in Europe for the South Carolina Department of Commerce. At SC Commerce’s European Office, located in Munich, Germany, she advised companies across 13 countries on opening a facility in the US and assisted with the process.

Nicholette holds dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management and an international MBA from Florida International University. She speaks conversational Spanish and Mandarin Chinese and enjoys gardening, cooking, and crocheting.
