DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Kelly is an operations leader with extensive experience in financial oversight, HR management, and cross-functional team coordination within professional services and commercial real estate firms. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations at NAI Earle Furman, where she streamlined administrative processes across multiple offices, led recruitment and onboarding for key roles, and enhanced CRM functionality to support broker reporting and data integrity. Her leadership also extended to the internship program, employee engagement initiatives, and marketing collaboration on platform transitions and brand consistency.

Prior to that, Kelly held progressive roles at Global Location Strategies. Over her eight-year tenure, she directed financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management across multiple entities, while also overseeing HR operations, IT infrastructure, and vendor negotiations. Her strategic contributions supported organizational growth and operational excellence, including the development of scalable systems and performance tracking through KPIs.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from North Carolina State University and is known for her collaborative approach, process-driven mindset, and commitment to building high-performing teams. 

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two daughters, Katelyn and Camryn. She loves relaxing outdoors and indulging in wine and cheese with family and friends.
