Abbey Merrill

Abbey brings international experience in economic development and site selection to her role at Global Location Strategies. Prior to joining GLS, she served as a Project Manager at OCO Global, where she led economic diversification projects across emerging markets with a focus on sustainability.

Her work has spanned both the public and private sectors, advising corporate clients on location strategy as well as economic development organizations and international development agencies such as USAID and the Inter-American Development Bank.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Development Management and Development Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and International Development from Tulane University.
