“GLS gave me a space to do impactful work right off the bat, making me feel like a genuinely valued member of the team from day one. As an intern, it felt comforting—not intimidating—to have coworkers care so deeply about both my professional development and personal well-being. Having the chance to learn directly from some of the industry’s best in a low-pressure but high-expectation workplace kickstarted my professional career in ways I never expected.”
