Susan Donkers

VP of Property Tech

As the vice president of property tech, Susan oversees strategy, sales, business development, and software development for GLS’ tech platforms – Lasso and LOIS. She leads the software services team, collaborates with clients, and plans and executes software development efforts on behalf of the firm.  

Susan has nearly two decades of experience in capital-intensive project development planning, siting, and designing finance and construction ventures at AECOM, EQ Office, and HDR, Inc.

Susan holds dual bachelor’s degrees in business management and construction management from Purdue University. She is a graduate of the Founder Institute and a former board member of the National Capital chapter of the US Green Building Council. Susan enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, and attending live music events with her husband John.
